We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, we make exchanges and returns simple.

Size exchange

Wrong size? You can exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the exchange.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will replace it or refund you in full.

Please report any issue within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product so we can resolve it quickly.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged by use, or returned without their original tags cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Approved refunds are processed to your bKash / Nagad or bank account, usually within 3–7 working days after the returned item reaches us.

For Cash on Delivery orders, only the product price is refunded (delivery charge, if any, is non-refundable unless the item was defective).
