How long does delivery take?+
Inside Dhaka, 2–3 working days. Outside Dhaka, 4–7 working days depending on your location. We deliver all over Bangladesh.
How do I pick the right shoe size?+
Every shoe listing has a size chart with measurements in centimetres. Compare it against a pair you already own — or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
What if the product is not right for me?+
No worry — exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I pay?+
Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash and Nagad. Most customers choose COD — you pay only when the parcel is in your hands.
Are the gadgets genuine? What about warranty?+
Every product is quality-checked before dispatch. Gadgets carry the warranty stated on their listing, and anything that arrives defective is replaced free within 7 days.
